EVALUATION FINANCIAL PROFITABLITY EFFICIENCIES OF TEXTILE COMPANIES IN 2007

The purpose of this paper is to examine the technical, pure technical and scale efficiencies of profitability of textile companies in Turkey for 2007. In the paper give information about where the textile sector in part of Turkish economy, conception of efficiency and Data Envelopment Efficiency is one of the efficiency analysis. The profitability efficiency scores of textile sector in 2007 are evaluated by using Data Envelopment Analysis. The result of analyse shows that efficiency score of textile sector is low.
